ZU FEMALE 
 
All ZU ladies shoe sizes are shown in standard US sizing. Below is a table which will help you convert your size from either UK or European sizing to the US standard.

  

ZU understand that some styles or brands are made differently and therefore please read the description page when placing your order for any further information that we try to provide to you in the description.
 
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes and for that we apologize now to you - sorry! Hopefully the next size up will give you the room you need without being too big and therefore dangerous when confidently walking in public places.
 
If you have a wide foot but a wider shoe option is not available you could try going up one size depending on the style of the shoe. Alternatively, if you have a narrow foot, you might wish to try innersoles, heel grips or the 'ol two sock trick. In saying that, Zu shoes however are generally narrow.
 
If you are unhappy with the fit (or anything else) you may exchange or refund your purchase in accordance with our refund policy - it's that simple!   
 
ZU MALE
 
All ZU male shoe sizes are shown in standard UK sizing (ex Keds/Ipanema) and have nothing to do with the size on your sneakers that you wear to the gym.
 
Below is a table which will help you convert your size from either US or European sizing to the UK standard. 
 

When trying on your shoes please leave a thumb width at the top of the foot - we don't wish to see your toenails grinding away at the nice leather, nor do we wish to be dating Bongo the Clown.
 
Remember that most shoes will stretch half a size with wear, especially in any walking areas (i.e. across the front of your foot just before your toes).
