How do I track my parcel?
All standard and express shipping are posted via Australia Post.
An email will be sent to the email address you provided in your order to confirm that your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse and is on its way. Included in this email is your Australia Post tracking number.
To see your whereabouts of your parcel all you need to do is:
- Visit www.auspost.com.au/track
- Enter your tracking number
- Hit Search
The status of your parcel will show with the accordance of it being scanned by the Australia Post.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time frame of your loacation please check with your local post office as it may be waiting for collection. Parcels are taken to the nearest post office if a signature cannot be obtained on delivery.
