Exchanges and Returns
You are welcome to return or exchange your unworn shoes in store or via Australia Post within 7 days after receiving your parcel. For all online purchases, the 7 day limit only applies to the days in which the shoes were in your possession, therefore eliminating any transit time. The information provided by you when you make an online account must be true and accurate. Zu is has the right to close your account should you provide any false information.
By purchasing as “Guest” you will not have the ability to exchange your goods online. Additionally, you will not have the ability to track your order. Purchases made by “Guest” customers will have the option of refunding goods online and in store.
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes.
Promotional codes that have further conditions will be specified at the time.
We has the right to cancel order if the goods are not available for any reason. We will notify you a soon as possible if this occurs. Any payments will be returned to you by the method by which you purchased your goods at checkout.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. Any order that has already been dispatched from the warehouse cannot be cancelled.
Once parcels are dispatched from our warehouse they are in the hands of the Australia Post. Shipping time frames shown on are website are an estimate and we cannot promise any exact dates of your delivery. We shall aim to let you know of any expected delays in deliveries.
